At Dellaam, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and labels included.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Please Note: Customized, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

“Dellaam covers return shipping costs for approved returns. Customers should contact our support team before sending any return to receive return instructions. Dellaam covers all approved return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
“Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can assist you.” We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for different products or sizes.
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it with the same product whenever possible. If you prefer a different item, you may return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns may be refused if the item:
- Shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
- Is returned without its original packaging or essential components.
- Falls under our non-returnable product categories.

Lost or Stolen Packages
